They came within 15 minutes due to a AC capacitor breaking, and needing to deal with hot areas of our house and needing to get little kids to bed. They showed up, moved quickly, fixed the problem, and very fair pricing. He is high trust, funny, and fixes the problems quickly while explaining how to avoid in the future.
