Sebastian was one of the many contractors I consulted for two different projects in the house; replacing the skylight, and fixing a leak in the roof. He was extremely transparent with his pricing and his plan of remediation from the start and delivered the promised final product despite the many hurdles we came across.

My residence is a condo unit which comes with having to deal with the association involving numerous document submissions. Additionally, the job was submitted for an insurance claim which required photo submissions, appraiser visits and itemized quotes. During all of this, Sebastian led the charge and at the end, all work was approved through insurance and by the association.

Finally, one of the parts from Lowe’s was defective and he even re-installed the skylight with a replacement from Lowe’s, free of charge!
