“Anderson has done basic electrical work for us before, but this time we were removing two chandeliers from a two-story rise. We replaced one with another chandelier, and the other with hi-hats in the ceiling, as well as removing some other light fixtures to replace with hi-hats. They offered a fair price for the work, showed up exactly at the time agreed on, and completed the work within that day. They cleaned up after themselves, and moved the discarded lighting out to our garage. We are very satisfied with the work done and will use them again.“

Anzor did an outstanding job repairing an electrical issue in my home involving an open neutral (which means a white wire is loose somewhere), resulting in multiple outlets failing to receive the correct voltage. He carefully opened sections of drywall and located the junctions where the white wires had come loose (see attached pictures). He was also able to correct wiring mistakes left behind by the previous homeowners.

I would highly recommend Anzor, Rosa, and the entire Wire Up Electric team if you need electrical work done in your home. Anzor was able to diagnose and fix our electrical issues within an hour—something that the previous two electricians we hired were unable to do.

“We have used Lite Design for years. We were introduced after my wife and I purchased a fixer-upper that needed a ton of work; all original electrical from 1955. Sebastian was one of the many contractors I consulted for two different projects in the house; replacing the skylight, and fixing a leak in the roof. He was extremely transparent with his pricing and his plan of remediation from the start and delivered the promised final product despite the many hurdles we came across.

My residence is a condo unit which comes with having to deal with the association involving numerous document submissions. Additionally, the job was submitted for an insurance claim which required photo submissions, appraiser visits and itemized quotes. During all of this, Sebastian led the charge and at the end, all work was approved through insurance and by the association.

Finally, one of the parts from Lowe’s was defective and he even re-installed the skylight with a replacement from Lowe’s, free of charge!
