Crossland has been a lot of help to us upgrading the electrical capacity to our 100 year old townhouse in Queens. The house had never had its electric service upgraded and I was concerned that the very low capacity connection to Con Edison was dangerous and wanted to upgrade to safely accommodate heat pumps and electric heating in the future. Peter worked with me to find the right route into our building and he and his team did a good job digging a path from our house to the property line to connect with Con Edison.
