“What can I say? CRS was great to work with from start to finish. Mike Stone was patient through all of our questions and revisions, communicative, and ensured we understood the process. Kelvin was also communicative and great to work with, even walking through the house with me before the project started to answer questions about how installing siding, or replacing the roof could affect paintings on walls, recommending where we should take them off the internal walls just to be sure no damage was done. He was also very easy to work with and ensured I always understood what they already did, as well as next steps. And every crew member that came on our property was respectful and easy to work with as well. We had the roof, siding, gutters and front door replaced, as well as new attic insulation added; and again, every crew leader was also pleasant, even asking me to talk to them directly if I saw anything I wanted changed, or had questions about. There were a couple of minor punch list things to take care of, and Kelvin ensured those things were taken care of promptly, and with excellence.

“Called these pros for a chimney inspection, and I’m so glad I did. They found a cracked chimney liner, lots of creosote buildup, and a damaged chimney cap. Their chimney sweep was very detailed and explained the whole chimney cleaning and chimney repair process to me. They also cleared the flue, which had some bird nests in it! The fireplace is back in working order and draws perfectly now. Very happy with the level of service and honesty.“

“I am so glad I chose SECI!!! The quote is only part of the job. By all means , get them but that's only the beginning . These guys showed up every day and worked on my house to put a new brick chimney for the top 14 feet as well as a new roof and gutters. The quality of the work is top notch . I like using the complete system Owen's Corning makes (pink panther) and a 50 year warranty means it's covered for life for me . It's the people that make this company the one to choose. Nobody knows what is under the shingles until they expose everything. This house is about 100 years ago and the rot and destruction and problems were everywhere. These guys are more than capable of handling anything and did a beautiful job of repairing completely all the issues Remi Renato is my project manager and he has handled every situation with confidence and he treats his crew very well. Other recommendations were made beyond the scope of the initial problem, which I felt were genuine and worth doing. They also handled another matter with one of my gutters. “I had a great experience working with John and the team at Affordable Home Services. We used them to do a pretty big project (2nd floor extension, bathroom refinishing, and entry room rebuild) and they knocked it out of the park. We got multiple bids on this job and theirs was the most competetive. When you go with a cheaper bid there is a little bit of a fear that maybe the contractor will cut coreners, but not Affordable Home Services! Their crafstmanship was amazing; even during our inspections the town inspectors frequetnly commented on the quality of their work. They finished the project within the projected time line and no surprised popped up along the way. I will for sure be using them for all future home renovation projects.“

“Pete and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior renovation (new roof, siding, windows, and gutters) of our home.

The crews showed up on site, when he stated they would and worked straight until they completed the entire job, including Saturdays. Their attention to detail, was incredible, they even went as far as matching the color of the gable vents to the new siding vs the standard white vent on every other home. All holes and corners were filled or caulked with color matched caulk. Every fixture had a white mounting block installed. They used high quality material and the installation was spot-on.

At the end of the job, Pete did a full walk-thru with us and identified a couple minor 'punchlist' items. His crew came back the next day to address the issues. Pete even sent his guys back a few months after their contract was complete to add a dryer vent on our addition that I forgot to ask for while they were here.

Their estimate, contract, and payment terms were clear and fair.

I was so impressed with Sal, that I asked them do an entire new roof on my Mother's home. They did a fantastic job. Looks great. We had a bad leak that took 3 tries to fix. Didn't stop Sal until he figured it out! Turns out it was not the roof, but an old bathroom pipe that was cracked. That is Excellent Customer Service!!!
