“Ganguly’s Mixed Martial Arts is fantastic! My niece has gained so much confidence, discipline, and focus since starting. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and wonderful with kids, creating a positive and supportive environment. She looks forward to every class and always leaves feeling proud of herself. Highly recommend! 🥋✨”
“I’ve only stepped foot in a Karate Studio twice in my life! And they were both this week to watch my son try the Little Dragon class (4-7yr olds) and I have to say I was so impressed! Charles was knowledgeable, great with kids & has lots of fun games up his sleeve to keep the kids moving. I actually teared up because he was so CLEAR with every instruction - and I watched my son (who’s tried like 5 sports) at 5 yrs old focus more and respect the coach more than he ever has. That’s a dream for a mother, especially one that was a lifelong athlete like I was. He begged to go back after he got his white belt, and of course it’s a YES! Trials are free, highly recommend, parking across the street, very flexible class options on Wickapecko in Ocean Township.”
“Spartan MMA is the best! school to learn about self defense, becoming confident, and making new friends. I’ve certainly experienced all 3! Thanks Coach Jon! (This is the type of place you wish was opened on holidays lol!)”
