I have been looking for a long time for a good school for karate for my kids , and not only they’re very professional teachers but most of all they help them to be confident, respectful and polite, and they become more like family to us as well. My kids have been going for more than 2 years now and they love it.

I cannot recommend Ganguly’s Mixed Martial Arts enough! If you’re looking for a true traditional Dojo with core martial arts values, this is it! Respect, gratitude, and discipline make up the foundation at GMMA. The trainers take their time to break things down so that anyone at any level can train and really understand the move and the concept behind it. The kids and adult classes are the best in the area, thanks to the incredible teachers. It’s very obvious that they love what they do and want to see their students grow.

I have been training at this dojo for over two years. It was one of the best decisions I made in my life. The dojo prides itself on the longevity of the sport, mind & spirit. Since I joined this dojo, the lifestyle has become a habit & I have brought elements of the arts into my personal and work life as well.The coaches & owners are family oriented and that can be felt throughout every thing we do in the dojo.This is a space where I spend the extra time that I do have & I don’t regret one moment of it.
