“This was my puppy's first full groom and I wanted to make sure he would be comfortable. I called and spoke with the owner and he answered all of my questions, which eased my anxiety. They gave me the first morning appointment for the following week and when we arrived, the owner came out, talk to us some more and I explained more about my puppy's skin allergies and his special shampoo that needed to be used. I also gave him copies of his rabies vaccine and other vaccinations, as they require that prior to grooming or day of play. While we talked, the owner played with my pup and then brought him in to be groomed. As promised, my puppy was done and ready to be picked up at 10:30am. Everyone there was so kind and attentive and I am so happy I chose to take my baby there - we definitely will be taking him back!“

“Pat has been an amazing mentor as we navigated the adolescence stage with our mini Dachshund as first time dog parents. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and humorous which we appreciated greatly. We attended all of the group puppy classes at larger pet stores and did not see the behavior changes we were looking for until we started sessions with Pat. We loved that he allowed us to bring in other family members who also spend a lot of time with our dog so they could be trained on how to appropriately handle him too.
