“We live on the upper west side in Manhattan in a very old landmark Brownstone. This company was recommended to us by our neighbor and we could not be more thankful. They replaced our entire roof, and fixed a leaking problem that had been going on for years, that no one could figure out. They replaced a pipe in the wall that there was no access to and solved a recurring issue. Years later they replaced a smaller area of the lower part of the building’s roof that was in serious need, and solved all those leakage problems as well. They have done repairs on our front steps and landing, and always come in an emergency.
We recommended them to our neighboring building, who had a terrible disaster with a bad drain that backed up and soaked a few apartments, with extensive damage. They solved the problems and saved the day. This is a family business, they are honest and fair and reliable!
