This included working with our building architect and obtaining all construction permits and insurance materials and licenses required for work. The renovation started with a total demolition of the existing bathroom. The new bathroom was constructed layer by layer with particular attention to all NYC codes and best practices. The scheduling of various tradespeople was handled very well, resulting in very little downtime. There were no surprises as the plan was very comprehensive. Interior Design provided helpful guidance on both construction details and decoration choices. The new bathroom is not only well built, it looks great as well. “Pete and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior renovation (new roof, siding, windows, and gutters) of our home.

The crews showed up on site, when he stated they would and worked straight until they completed the entire job, including Saturdays. Their attention to detail, was incredible, they even went as far as matching the color of the gable vents to the new siding vs the standard white vent on every other home. All holes and corners were filled or caulked with color matched caulk. Every fixture had a white mounting block installed. They used high quality material and the installation was spot-on.

At the end of the job, Pete did a full walk-thru with us and identified a couple minor 'punchlist' items. His crew came back the next day to address the issues. Pete even sent his guys back a few months after their contract was complete to add a dryer vent on our addition that I forgot to ask for while they were here.

Their estimate, contract, and payment terms were clear and fair.

We are very satisfied with the work completed by PJ Sullivan Exteriors and the timeframe in which it was completed.

“Rudy is the best, from start to finish. Rudy was in my neighborhood handing out flyers, I asked him for an estimate.. Omg Rudy got under my porch and started looking at everything, he gave us a estimate for our steps as he said our foundation was still in great condition. I love his honesty, he was informative told us about their financing program and we were able to get a start date. It's a week later and I have new stairs.
Rudy even came out to on Saturday to ensure that we love the job, he gave me the best care advice for the winter.
