We followed The Home Source through other projects that Ozzy was working on locally. We were so impressed with the quality of work we observed that when it was our turn, we didn’t even get estimates from any other builder. We just knew Ozzy would be the right guy for our project. We had a large 2nd floor complete remodel done via The Home Source Construction and Ozzy. After getting multiple quotes from other contractors, it was immediately obvious that Ozzy was far more comprehensive, and attentive to detail than any other options. His quote and bid breakdown were easily the most detailed, with extremely easy to follow pricing breakdowns and well defined project parameters. After moving forward with the project, Ozzy diligently worked with us to come to extremely reasonable pricing and plans to progress through the project.
