This summer I stayed in wildwood for a week and was looking for a trainer to help structure a plan for my weekly routine when I returned home. My trainer Dale was very attentive and informative, he took the time to understand my goals and my limitations and tailor fit a program that works perfectly for me. The work the new ownership has done to the gym is remarkable, I was very impressed with the changes. It's good to know I will have a great gym with great staff to return to next summer.
I put my 9 and 11 year old sons in private training sessions with Dale at Shore Fitness this summer. Dale did an excellent job helping my boys gain agility, strength and endurance to prepare them for football while having fun! I also was a member of the gym for the summer and it was excellent! Clean! Tons of equipment and great exercise classes! Awesome way to stay in shape while at the beach for the summer!
I recovered from a triple bypass and needed to join a gym after cardio rehab. Joined Shore Fitness. Talked to owner Ron and he hooked me up with Mike Canino performance to get a personal trainer for me. I met with Dale Ridgway who was phenomenal. He set up a plan for my wife and me and ran through our personalized program tailored for our needs and to ensure we were working out safely. Great experience. The place is spotless, equipment cleaning procedures for clients are in place. Highly recommended.
