Bolero Fitness is a place to stay that has received mixed reviews. The rooms are generally described as clean, with some noting a bleach smell and others mentioning mold in the bathroom and a musty odor. The beds are adequate, but not the most comfortable. The bathrooms have had issues with water filling up in the tub while showering. The motel side is reported to be less clean than the newer side, which offers ocean views.
The staff, including the welcoming dog, are praised for their friendliness. The check-in process is described as easy. The tiki bar and outdoor pool area are lively, with a DJ and live entertainment. The menu offers good fries.
However, there are some complaints about the slowness of the single elevator and the smell of weed in the pool area. The gym is located in a separate building. Overall, the experience at Bolero Fitness varies, with some guests having no complaints and others noting various issues.
Upon arrival around 2:30, parked car and could here music and fun around the pool, tiki bar area from the other side of the fence. Staying for a few days, visiting family. Check in was easy and the staff very welcoming, especially the dog with the big bark. Arrived at room, opened door, and was welcomed with a fresh smelling room. I still bring my own cleaning products, but the room didn't smell musty. Big plus I have no complaints. Cleaning staff, great. Don't forget to tip them. Ms Shirley the bar keep at Tiki bar very nicealong with the guy that works with her. They have a DJ and live entertainment daily. A nice schedule of daily entertainment.
