This place is sweet. Working out outdoors at the beach is awesome. It's small on the inside, but has a really nice turf area with dumbbells, benches, machines, etc. Highly recommend if you're at the beach and need a workout. They have 1-2-3 day passes.

This was a fantastic gym with all the things one needs for either an abbreviated workout on vacation or for your full routine. The outdoor area is great on beautiful days when you feel too guilty to workout indoors. It was clean and Mike and staff were really helpful and nice.

This brand new gym is exactly what was needed in Avalon!! Featuring a fully renovated facility, brand new equipment, and an updated turfed outdoor space, Avalon Fitness is the only place to get your sweat on! Best prices on the island by far.
