I came here weeks back, the eye exam went smooth and the clerk and optometrist was nice and straightforward, this a good place to get glasses because they attended me fast and was an easy process, and they put the frames in 2 separate categories (one that insurance covers and one that doesn’t) so I’m pretty sure they value costumer satisfaction other than selling something.
Marcelo and Helena were amazing! They were super friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the beginning. They were always attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciated their kindness and great service. Highly recommend them! 😊
The help is fantastic!
I’ve been going here many years, recommend it to my friends near the Ironbound, and everyone is dellighted with the sophisticated diagnosis and very helpful care.
