“We had such a wonderful experience today at PS Optical! After my daughter’s eye exam in New Providence with a children’s specialist, we brought her prescription straight over—and I’m so glad we did.
Phil was absolutely amazing. He took the time to help my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses, making sure they fit comfortably and that she could see clearly. She was a bit anxious, but his patience and kindness really put her at ease. Even more impressive—he had her glasses ready in just a few hours!
Despite the store being busy with many loyal customers coming in and out (which really says a lot about how trusted and family-friendly this place is), Phil never made us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about each person he helps.
I’ve personally been going to Phil for years, and that level of care has always been consistent. Earlier this year, during a medical emergency, he went above and beyond to quickly get me a pair of glasses to help during my recovery. That kind of dedication is rare.

“Susan is PHENOMONAL with my children have taken my two girls and my special needs son to Susan and she has been so helpful, kind and patient. So many options for the kids frames they LOVED trying them all on and picking their own. As you can see, she even helped Eeyore get set up with his first pair of glasses ;) I highly recommend Susan and her shop, the glasses come in quickly and get you in quick to pick up and helps if your children break them.“
