He took the time to help my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses, making sure they fit comfortably and that she could see clearly. She was a bit anxious, but his patience and kindness really put her at ease. Even more impressive—he had her glasses ready in just a few hours!<br>Despite the store being busy with many loyal customers coming in and out (which really says a lot about how trusted and family-friendly this place is), Phil never made us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about each person he helps.<br>I’ve personally been going to Phil for years, and that level of care has always been consistent. Earlier this year, during a medical emergency, he went above and beyond to quickly get me a pair of glasses to help during my recovery.
