From the moment I walked in, he and the owner made me feel calm and welcomed. I explained my fear, and they reassured me every step of the way. Caesar took his time, gently brushing and sectioning my hair before applying a gloss treatment that made it look and feel brand new. The owner gave me the most relaxing wash, and then Caesar gave me the most precise trim I've ever had. He triple-checked everything and made sure all the dead ends were gone! He also gave me product advice (without being pushy) and was super respectful of what I'm currently using. My blowout looked amazing, and while the weather brought the frizz back a bit--my hair still feels healthier than it has in ages. I walked into King Unisex Salon as a random walk-in with no appointment, and I left seriously impressed. The stylist’s professionalism is out of this world she’s focused, respectful, and clearly takes pride in her work. The salon was clean, the vibe was chill, and her braiding skills are elite.
I requested that she braid my hair using only oil and no gel because of my sensitive, dry scalp, and she had no problem doing that. What really blew me away is that the braids still came out just as clean and neat as if gel had been used. That’s a huge win for anyone with scalp sensitivities looking for someone skilled enough to work without relying on product buildup.
She finished my full head in under 4–5 hours, which is rare for such clean work. Her prices are extremely fair, and she’s not money-hungry at all. I left extremely happy with the results and made sure to tip her well she earned it. I’m definitely coming back, and I’ll be sending people her way too. This is the kind of talent and professionalism you hope to find but rarely do.

Went and got serviced by Kaye and I’ll definitely be a regular! I even told her, “thank you for being here for the cry babies like me!” That’s how much care she puts into her craft! Felt like home, everything was straight to the point after I specified how I felt about waxing after giving birth. I appreciate her care and her instruction so much! First time in my life I didn’t share a tear while waxing! I went in, asked to use the restroom after a drive and there was a little cubby to freshen up before your wax, should you need, with feminine hygiene products.
I love this doggie spa so much. The owner does an amazing job and always knows exactly what I want for my dog's haircut. I'm usually a bit picky and prefer Shih Tzus with longer hair rather than the buzzed-down look. Most dog groomers can't match my vision, but this place always nails it. Although it's on the pricier side, the quality of the grooming is exceptional, and my dog is always happy to go.

I contacted Metro NY Insulation, among other contractors. I was impressed by their prompt response. They were very thorough in their assessment and informed me of various other rebate programs available to me even though I was only asking about the Con Edison one.
The workers came when scheduled. They were very respectful and covered all areas they worked on. I was expecting four days work, but they finished in three. They walked with me through all the work they did to make sure I was satisfied before they left.
The litmus test for me was the cold dining room is now comfortable, and I notice the house does not get cold at night like it used to. The pressurization test showed the house is now sealed up much better than before. This is remarkable for a Cape style house built in the 1940’s with almost no insulation.

Some of the staff are still there so I appreciate the consistency during transition. The dentist is highly personable and does a great job of being timely and consistent. I love knowing that because he will start on time that I will leave on time. I personally don’t have dental issues; however, I believe my great teeth are in better condition due to their service and feedback as I age. I would highly recommend.

This has been a wonderful experience so far. Dr. Aquil is very knowledgeable, experienced, and explains everything step by step. Her front desk staff is also very helpful. I’ve learned a lot and I’m feeling much better doing my daily routine. I’m very thankful to have found her.
I have to say the team at Newark Pain and Rehab Center is the most understanding and welcoming ever! I’ve been coming here for a couple of months and Dr. Kirk and the receptionists are the best. Dr.kirk listens to all your questions and concerns about any issues, and the front desk girls are helpful and always kind. The experience is great overall!
