Unfortunately this is the only aftercare resource offered at my childrens school. I was directed to a Mr. Austin in November about enrollment and he claimed to add me to the waiting list but said I’d be waiting until January due to staff shortages, no problem. Reached out in January to check the status of our enrollment only to discover myself and my children were NEVER added to any waiting list. Spoke to a Ms. Shontonette who eased my mind by placing us number 2 on the waiting list for my childrens school.y husband called in February to check the status again he was basically told “Don’t call us we’ll call you but we’ll start enrolling in March.” It is now...read full review
