Boys & Girls Club of Newark

The Boys & Girls Club of Newark is a great place for kids of all ages, described as a true gem in the community. It is fun for students and children absolutely love it. The club offers a lovely program with many engaging projects and activities, including a game room, a gym, a dance room, a classroom, and two parks. They provide wrap around services and are great for inner city kids. The staff and teachers are exceptional, highly skilled, caring, dedicated, and experienced providers who create a positive and welcoming environment. They educate and provide social skills for the youth, showing a clear commitment to the community. The aquatics department is fantastic, offering swim lessons with a fantastic swim instructor who teaches kids to become confident swimmers. For summer camp, they go on field trips and have swim lessons. It is a place that cares about kids and comes highly recommended.
