Great service from start to end. It was my first going there and Ossay was very hospitable. It’s hard for me to find someone that does the exact cut I want but he delivered. Very friendly and clean!!!
I had an amazing experience with Ossay today. He is not just a barber but a hair stylist. He walked me through every step of the haircut and gave me game changing advice as to how to take care of my hair. He was professional but personable a with a great touch of humor. This is the best haircut I’ve had in the past 2 years. I look forward to becoming a regular of his in the future.
Great experience at True Cuts today! Ossay did an excellent job with my haircut and beard trim—friendly, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. The hot towel and massage were the perfect finishing touch, and I'll definitely be back.
