“We've been to a lot of vets having moved several times over the last few years. None even compare to how amazing Tri-County is. The doctors take you seriously and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Last night our older beagle broke two teeth knocking into something and all vets were closed. I called tri county and their answering service picked up. It was such a relief to speak to a real person who assured me it would be okay and took my information. When they opened at 8am (much earlier than any other vet around) I called again (nervous dog mom) and it turns out I interrupted the receptionist calling me to set up an emergency visit! I couldn't believe how responsive and attentive they were for a dog I hadn't even brought in yet! Within an hour my wife had our dog in their offices and the whole appointment took 20 minutes. We left with medication and our very sleepy girl. I cannot tell you how relieved our whole family was that she came home quickly. She is asleep on the couch getting lots of cuddles and I am sitting here feeling so blessed to live five minutes from this office. Truly an amazing and compassionate group of people. Also- incredibly affordable for an emergency visit. I would have emptied my bank account to keep my girl safe, but I didn't need to. My only wish is that my dogs needed cheaper medication but I'll take it up with them“

“My name is Tinkerbell & I was rescued from The City of Elderly Love in PA, I now live in Mullica Hill NJ with my new Mom & Dad. I don't know how old I am but I'm definitely a senior & I have special needs due to cataracts I'm pretty much blind, I'm also deaf, I have arthritis issues & muscle loss in my hind area & legs. My Mom wanted Veterinarian that would be attentive to all my issues, be caring & very thorough. So my Mom took me to Pitman Animal Hospital & I saw Dr. Andrea Shinn. Dr. Shinn was very thorough & gentle, she checked me all over, she even gave me what Mom said was an adjustment to my back & it feels better now! My Mom likes her very much she said, "Dr Shinn is a great veterinarian & we're very lucky to have found her!" Mom really likes Pitman Animal Hospital & so do I! My Mom said, "veterinarian care is expensive everywhere but it's easier to handle if you're getting the best care possible!"“

“Dr. Forsyth and her team are beyond wonderful. I recently had to let my 12-year-old Pomeranian go. She had several health issues and it got to the point where she needed to have her final rest. I honestly cannot say enough about how compassionate, caring, and dedicated the staff was. The pure love and care these wonderful people showed my baby in her final moments. Even afterward, how gentle they were with her and me. I will forever be grateful for it. I also plan on having Dr. Forsyth handle my surviving rescue's care.“

“Providence Animal Hospital, and especially Michelle from Providence, are the BEST! I’m out of the country and my dog was taken to VEG in Philadelphia… I called Michelle and providence to get their opinion on my dog’s condition, and she was the nicest person and did everything she could to help figure out the best plan of care for my dog. It meant so much to me that Michelle genuinely cared that much about my dog and did everything she could to help, unlike some of the people at VEG. Not even kidding, Michelle’s bosses should triple her salary and give her a 3 month paid vacation… SHE IS THE BEST!!!“

“I took my Guinea pig to All Creatures for a checkup and concerns over blood in urine. All the staff was fantastic and made us feel at home. They were so gentle with him during the exam and incredibly knowledgeable, gave me helpful advice. The pricing was so reasonable too. It’s a bit far from me but totally worth it and I’ll be bringing both my boys here from now on.“

My dog was their patient for 13 years and when I called to have my dog euthanized because he was dieing from lack of air due to cancer, I was told they couldn't see him that day but I would have to make an appointment and they didn't have any opening until the next day. I told them he wouldn't make it to the next day. They have no compassion for your pets. Called another vet and they said bring him right in. Never made it to the vet he passed away at home.

My dog's doctor, Dr. Robinson, and staff were extremely apologic the way this situation was handled so I decided to give them another chance with my other dog, who is diabetic and has a bad heart. The doctor and staff are extremely friendly and caring for my dog and I am pleased now and give them 4 stars.“
