I've been going to RVAH for over 10 years. They are competent and caring professionals. They've taken very good care of a cat and 2 dogs now. I read the full reviews of the 3 people who gave poor ratings. One said they hung up after waiting (a whole) 5 minutes on hold and were indignant about having to wait to be seen once they arrived when they were granted an emergency appointment for their pet that wasn't even a patient normally at the hospital. Apparently they were so rude and belligerent they were denied service. I am just so happy with this Vet. My first visit was because my dogs vet wouldn’t see her for 3 days. They took Katy in that same day and yes she had an ear infection. Needless to say I left the other Vet. Today Katy had another one and I called and they took her right in. Any time would have been good but they fit her in. The staff is great as well. Thank you so much for getting Katy and her ears in quickly.!!

Until we moved to DE 3 years ago, RVAH had been our pets' healthcare provider for 30+ years. They earned our loyalty by providing a high level of professional, thorough, personalized care for our pets. We recently reconnected with them and it felt like we were coming home again.
