I couldn’t have been more happy about my visit to St. Francis for my dog’s annual exam. Meg, the veterinary assistant, was absolutely amazing. My dog is EXTREMELY nervous every time we go to the vet, but as soon as Meg took us back to the room, she made sure that he was comfortable and felt safe. My dog’s attitude completely changed and he was fine the entire appointment. My dog absolutely loved her. She was SO good with him. Dr. Jedlinski also did an amazing job. He too, made sure that my dog felt safe and calm while we were there. Dr. Jedlinski answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. We waited an hour in a room to pick up our pet after her spay. The receptionist quickly took our money but never told the surgeon and team we were here and then never apologized for their lack of communication. We were worried something was wrong. When someone came all they said was no one told us you were here. No apologies but a curt attitude. Our pup was fine but the experience was anything but. No one called us post op to check on pup. We are use to health teams that at least have someone call. Even our car has a follow up call. Do not think this practice is concerned with customer satisfaction.
I had the first appointment on a Thursday morning. I was checked in right on time and my dog was attended to almost immediately. The doctor explained everything to me and did not push any extra treatments. The price was very fair. The facility was very nice, and very clean. Overall I was very happy with the service and I am glad I made the choice to change my vet to St. Francis.
