We've been to a lot of vets having moved several times over the last few years. None even compare to how amazing Tri-County is. The doctors take you seriously and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Last night our older beagle broke two teeth knocking into something and all vets were closed. I called tri county and their answering service picked up. It was such a relief to speak to a real person who assured me it would be okay and took my information. When they opened at 8am (much earlier than any other vet around) I called again (nervous dog mom) and it turns out I interrupted the receptionist calling me to set up an emergency visit! I couldn't believe how responsive and attentive they were for a dog I hadn't even brought in yet! Within an hour my wife had our dog in their offices and the whole appointment took 20 minutes. We left with medication and our very sleepy girl. I cannot tell you how relieved our whole family was that she came home quickly. She is asleep on the couch getting lots of cuddles and I am sitting here feeling so blessed to live five minutes from this office. Truly an amazing and compassionate group of people. Also- incredibly affordable for an emergency visit. I would have emptied my bank account to keep my girl safe, but I didn't need to. My only wish is that my dogs needed cheaper medication but I'll take it up with them
I started coming here about 1 year ago with my new rescue and have been very happy. My pup has had a couple of mishaps in that time and they were either able to see her that day or advised me if it was necessary to take her to an urgent care. Always patient on the phone and consulted with the vet on call for me. So far I've been able to get both sick and vaccination appointments in a timely manner and the front desk is always polite. I've seen two of the vets and they both seemed to be caring and knowledgeable. I don't normally leave reviews, but am doing so here because after a horrible experience I had with another local vet, I understand how important quality care is for our pets and I want to let others know about my positive experience with Tri County.
I love this vet!! They are always so thorough, they give strait answer not trying to sugar coat it. It's about my dog not about what extra services they can give her. Super sweet to my dog & very caring
