“I went there for a UTI. That. I had had for quite a while that was not going away. The front desk ladies were so sweet, polite, welcoming! The doctor whose name I wish I could recall she was so great. Turned out it was very bad uti and she explained why this was not good and what could happen. She told me I needed to go to the emergency room and she could tell I was wavering, but she really explained, in a concerned, considerate way how important it was. I did go to the ER and it turned out that it was a really bad UTI , kidneys were hurting. I needed IV antibiotics (pain med iv) and dr said I could have had damaged my kidneys. So thank you to the wonderful caring staff, who saved me from what could have been a really bad situation, and enabled me to get help i needed.“
