I went there for a UTI. That. I had had for quite a while that was not going away. The front desk ladies were so sweet, polite, welcoming! The doctor whose name I wish I could recall she was so great. Turned out it was very bad uti and she explained why this was not good and what could happen. She told me I needed to go to the emergency room and she could tell I was wavering, but she really explained, in a concerned, considerate way how important it was. I did go to the ER and it turned out that it was a really bad UTI , kidneys were hurting. I needed IV antibiotics (pain med iv) and dr said I could have had damaged my kidneys. I have been seen at this location off and on since they opened. I will say the customer service isn't always the best at the front desk and they do not answer the phones when they are opened, for example: I have called at 8:45am and the automated message states they are closed but confirms their hours are from 8:30am to 7pm. However, the doctors are wonderful.
The staff here was professional and the doctor gave advice on seeing an ear nose and throat specialist for avoiding my prone sinus infections in the future. I was treated with care and respect. I highly recommend this place, especially for a busy person that needs medical help within a reasonable amount of time.
