I am in town from out of state, felt like death on a cracker and, based on my step mom's recommendation, I stopped by. They were pretty much booked for the night, but the lady worked me in, and she and the other front desk lady (wish I got their names) were so helpful and sweet; Giselle the medical assistant was friendly and professional; and Chelsea the nurse practitioner was very skilled and kind. I was out of there in really no time at all, and I'm on my way to feeling better. It's so nice to know these people are here when I needed them.

I have only praises and good words for everyone in this practice. In addition to the excellent care I receive during office visits, my medication refill requests are always handled within 24 hours, many times within an hour or two. By using the Virtua MyChart app, I can accomplish many important things, from medication refill requests to sending a question directly to my doctor. I have always had good experiences over the many years I have been a patient at this practice. Started having UTI symptoms a few days ago, and today finally decided I should head to an urgent care to get some antibiotics. I called literally 10 different urgent cares in my area, asking about wait time and they all had a wait time, a few being 2+ hours! I called here and they said they had an appointment available in 45 minutes, so I took it. It's nice that you can actually make an appointment instead of having to wait around, not many other urgent cares let you make an appointment. Nurses & doctor were quick while also being very thorough; we all knew it was a UTI, just needed the antibiotics. Doctor explained everything thoroughly, send the script to my pharmacy, and I was able to pick it up immediately! No reason to have a primary doctor anymore when you can just come here (: Quality care, in and out.
