The office manager was so courteous and understanding while I explained the issue on the phone. I had already been very upset and worried, because other places just rushed me off the phone and were not sensitive to my situation. The other staff member was also very patient and understanding, and I did not feel "rushed," or as if I was inconveniencing them in any way. All my other eye doctors only gave me artificial tears which didn’t help. When I came to see Dr. Hirschfeld, he immediately realized my problem and gave me punctum plugs.
