The Doctor was very pleasant but the staff on the other side is horrible. She didn't want to listen when I was ordering my frames. Over $500 out of pocket and one of the pairs of glasses will never get worn. I tried talking to the man who was putting lenses in my computer glasses and he barely listened to me at all. When I tried talking again to the lady I ordered the new frames from she just told me they are fine. What a disappointment.
