“This was my puppy's first full groom and I wanted to make sure he would be comfortable. I called and spoke with the owner and he answered all of my questions, which eased my anxiety. They gave me the first morning appointment for the following week and when we arrived, the owner came out, talk to us some more and I explained more about my puppy's skin allergies and his special shampoo that needed to be used. I also gave him copies of his rabies vaccine and other vaccinations, as they require that prior to grooming or day of play. While we talked, the owner played with my pup and then brought him in to be groomed. As promised, my puppy was done and ready to be picked up at 10:30am. Everyone there was so kind and attentive and I am so happy I chose to take my baby there - we definitely will be taking him back!“

She cared for my senior poodle with so much patience, gentleness, and love that it truly felt like I was leaving him with family. “First time going to this location it seemed like the staff love animals, went in for an emergency checkup and was seen very quickly. Very nice location with options of treats, toys, and medicine for my kittens. The vet that saw my kittens was as friendly as can be, even providing a lot of caretaking tips that I didn’t know. Can not complain in the slightest. THEY EVEN HAVE FREE COFFEE AND BISCUITS“

“I don’t really write reviews but my dog Nola loves getting her pampering done at Scenthound, so they deserve my recognition. It can be hard to find a groomer I can trust, but you can tell that they care a lot about every dog that they work with, and they have even educated me on how to maintain her coat - something most people don’t tell you… She’s always excited to see the staff, which makes me happy to know she is in good hands.
