Waited 1 hour 15 minutes in my car to be called in to proceed to exam room. Scheduled 9 am walk in appointment for treatment of sinusitis…So unacceptable. At check in I was told to wait in my car and would be contacted when exam room was ready. 10:15 am I was still waiting in my car to be called. Went inside to receptionist to ask how much longer. She indicated it shouldn’t be much longer as I was next in line to be called into the exam room. I canceled my appointment and went down to CityMD in Montvale by Wegmans and was in and out after 40 minutes.

Came in at 8:24am, waited in the waiting area for 40mins. 3 people who came after me already went in. Asked the receptionist. She had no idea why the queue was messed up. Finally went into the room and waited another 30 mins up to this point and still did not see a doctor. This place has always been having issues with managing waiting time and line. Be prepared to waste a lot of time if you had no other choice.

If you value your time DO NOT COME HERE! They have ZERO respect for the patients time. They ask you to come in 15 min early only to have you wait 30mins past your appointment time, and still no doctor. Dog turd operation they are running over there.
