“This place is amazing. After a bad visit to a pet ER my cat was still sick. I called Progressive and Gwenn was super sweet and understanding about my concerns for my cat and got us in right away. Every single step of the way was explained in way I could understand. The vet tech Carrie was so gentle and caring and Dr T was amazing. They were in constant communication with us. Explained everything by using the actual x rays and toxology reports, so we could understand it. I cannot say enough good things about this place. “Dr. Garruba and his staff have been taking care of my pets (one cat, two dogs) since 2010. My pets have always been treated gently and with compassion, and I know they are getting the right treatment. When our golden retriever was dying two years ago, Dr. Garruba came out to my car to examine him, and told me that the end was near. He recommended a service that does euthanasia in the home, which turned out to be the best way.
