I've shared multiple reviews for Caring Heart, driven by our ongoing experience bringing our French bulldog to their care after a disappointing encounter with another veterinary clinic. We had an appointment today, so I thought I'd post an update for anyone considering Caring Heart. Upon entering the office, the commitment to providing exceptional service is immediately apparent, with a clear recognition of the importance of proper pet care to us, the owners. The office maintains a high standard of cleanliness, the receptionist is both friendly and courteous, and the doctors and nurses exhibit fantastic professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I've personally brought two dogs here and they are the best! I've had experiences with other local vets and there is a reason why I trust Caring Heart with my highly-reactive, likely formerly abused German Shepherd. Not only are doctors Kim and Chris fantastic at working with your pet at their level, but offer extremely reasonable pricing and convenient hours as well. Both doctors also offer (and explain) a variety of treatment options so you have the ability to choose what option is best for your pet and wallet. Dr. Kim, Dr. Chris and the staff are wonderful! We've been using Caring Heart for a few years now for both dogs and cats, and love the way our pets have been taken care of over the years. From well visits, to emergency visits, the docs are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. One of our pups just recently passed from cancer - from the time it was diagnosed to the time she crossed the rainbow bridge, the doctors and staff treated Cadee with so much love and care, it was heartwarming and very comforting. I highly recommend Caring Heart to anyone looking for doctors and staff who go above and beyond.
