“I hardly ever write reviews but I will say this company and more specifically Omar who works for them absolutely earn every 5 star review they receive. I came across this company on Google and figured I'd give them a call. A man named Omar was dispatched to the property I needed assistance with and his response was extremely prompt, he told me he'd be there in an hour and a half and was there in an hour. He displayed technical know-how to a degree I've seen few (if any) plumbers have when it comes to plumbing systems. He explained things in such a clear and concise manner that even a newbie like myself could completely grasp the concept of what he was talking about. Out of pure curiosity I watched him work each step of the way. Most people would feel extremely pressured under those circumstances but he didn't flinch or bat an eye. Step by step not only did he complete the task in it's entirety correctly but in the midst of doing so he was also explaining to me exactly what he was doing and what the purpose of it was. I'm extremely glad I called this company for help and even more so that it was Omar who they sent to my property. I'll certainly be employing their services again for all my properties going forward!“

“Max came by to fix our Weil-McLain High Efficiency ECO boiler and did so honestly, thoroughly, and for a fair price. He clearly knew what he was doing—he had done his homework on the boiler—something I can’t say for the four or five HVAC techs I’ve had over the past year who either refused to touch it or insisted it needed to be replaced entirely. Even PSEG’s “WorryFree” technicians wouldn’t work on it.

I can respect an HVAC tech who’s upfront about not servicing high-efficiency Weil-McLain systems. But what really frustrates me—and what hurts the reputation of this industry—is the nonsense some techs tell consumers, assuming we won’t know better. That’s where the trust breaks down. The previous HVAC company wanted to charge thousands of dollars for what turned out to be a completely bogus diagnosis.

Today they returned after an assessment of my current ductwork in which they found need of multiple repairs due to rats having chewed on my old ductwork, and replacement of old fixtures having to do with my AC.
