Two days before the scheduled services we had a change of heart about the extent of services discussed, which Rich handled with flexibility, accommodating the changes, despite the short notice.The morning of the service, Rich as well as the work crew, and the equipment arrived and started on time. The work area as well as our neighbor’s driveway, which had to be used for the trucks, was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the job. All staff memberswere polite and professional.“

“"HAPPY TREES BY MGM" first came to my attention when they were working in my neighborhood recently. As a result, I decided to contact the company to get an estimate for the long overdue tree and other property maintenance needed. Marvin came to my house, surveyed what had to be done, and prepared and submitted a detailed estimate with options to choose from. Pricing was fair and reasonable.Approximately two weeks later, "HAPPY TREES BY MGM" arrived on schedule with a crew of seven workers consisting of a crane operator, tree climbers and ground workers who work in concert with the tree climbers and also provide speed processing of cuttings through the chipper.I sat outside and watched the entire job as it was unfolding. All workers were polite and courteous throughout the project. The cleanup was spotless. In fact, my daughter stopped by while the work was being done and said she could tell how pleased I was with the new look my backyard was taking on. She also had a long overdue need for tree and other property maintenance at her house. As a result, Marvin was asked to stop by and provide an estimate. “My neighbor's 60' tall Oak tree fell in the middle of my backyard a week ago. I found about Carney Tree Service via a friend. From the first call, I liked their service. Tina, the secretary, was excellent and very sympathetic to the situation. The very next day, Mark came and did a free estimate of the cost to remove the tree, which was not only the best price out of 6 estimates but also the only one that did not required to sacrifice other of my property trees to be able to do the job. Mark was great, he came and did an excellent job at not only removing the tree, but also cleaning up afterwards. Even my neighbor ended up using them for the part of the tree on their side.
