I had a 60 min lymphatic drainage with Rena. The whole experience was thoroughly relaxing and gentle. The environment is super clean and calming. I just booked my next appointment for 90mins.

I had an hour full body lymphatic massage with Caitlin and it was an amazing experience. This was my first time, so Caitlin explained beforehand how the massage would go and also explained during the massage each section she was going to work on. The massage was so gentle and afterwards I felt so calm and my body felt very relaxed. Afterwards, Caitlin discussed a care plan for me based on her findings during the massage and my recent autoimmune diagnosis. I’m looking forward to having more sessions with Caitlin so I can experience the full benefits.

I had a full body lymphatic massage with Rena. She is really kind and took her time talking to me to explain the treatment. I felt great afterwards and I cannot wait to return. She educated me on a few things as well and I am so appreciative of her extra time and care. Such beautiful space as well with really good energy. Very healing.
