Joice is such a pleasure to experience and explore your wax needs with! She was very warm and inviting for my first time and helped me ease my anxiety. Her space is extremely inviting and she greets you at the door. She walks you clearly through the waxing process so you know exactly what you are getting into. She moves swiftly, but safely through the actual wax to ensure as little pain as possible. Finally, she advices on the best treatments and timing to make results last and pain minimized. A wonderful experience! Joice's studio is a delight; she is gracious and kind - a pleasure to be in her calm, caing presence. her facials are really extraordinary; by the end I was floating and feeling like I was on top of the world!
