I called last week and was offered an appointment as early as the next day but opted to schedule for the following week. I received a lovely reminder phone call two days ago.

Upon walking in, Mark greeted me with a warm handshake. Once I completed the digital paperwork he then measured my current prescription, explained and guided me through all the various optical devices/exams. I met with a tele-optometrist who further analyzed my vision, and finally met with a virtual ophthalmologist who reviewed everything.

This had been a very well-done hybrid of both in-person and virtual-based care. It was streamlined, efficient, and I highly recommend the process, this facility, and Mark.
