Had the pleasure of meeting Vince this morning. He was on time (early which was wonderful), extremely professional and polite and very knowledgeable in all aspects of dealing with my propane furnace. he serviced it, gave me a tutorial while he was performing work, kept an extremely tidy work area, explained going forward details of a proper maintenance schedule. i brought up future replacement of components and he was able to walk me through process (with some helpful tips), while never up-selling it.Very happy to have gone with a local tradesman.thank you Vince, sincerely Michelle McNeirService: Heating system maintenance

I needed help when my AC stopped working, he made time to come by and help out on a very hot day. He had to clean out some gross debris and was so nice about everything. He got the AC working again and gave me a good run down on the system. Will definitely use again.Services: A/C system maintenance

Amazing! Our furnace started to make creepy sounds in the middle of the night. Called Vince (at a more appropriate hour) and he came out, was professional, timely, and honest. He told us that due to the age of our system he might have a delay in getting parts, but will know within the hour. Within a half hour he called with great news! He had parts an was on his way back. He was quick, and answered all our questions. Also was reasonable priced too! They have our business going forward!Service: Heating system repair
