As somebody that has extremely sensitive skin and is prone to redness and breakouts, I have tried remedy after remedy, but nothing nourishes and beautifies my skin more than a trip to see Zuzanna. The woman works MAGIC. She does not use a one-size-fits-all approach, but rather carefully curates treatments for her clients based on what they need at that point in time. He asked me what kind of style I wanted and gave me some suggestions. He then proceeded to give me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Miss the yoga that was offered when they first opened. Compared to other facilities can be a little small and repetitive but overall enjoyable. Unfortunately on my most recent visit the body scrub was too harsh that my skin was irritated. I’ve done body scrubs numerous times before so it’s possible it was just the one woman from my last visit.“

“I have been coming to this place for years and it never disappoints. $60 for a 1 hour massage. The room is clean & they play spa music which is relaxing. You start with your face down on the massage table. They massage you from head to toe and include your rear. Then they ask you to turn onto your back, massage your head, neck shoulders then arms, legs & feet. They also apply a hot towel and rub it all over which feels nice. When your massage is done and you go to pay, they offer you a little bottle of water“

Not an easy task, since my hair is short with an undercut besides! She's very personable and really takes the time to listen to what you would like. I will definitely return when I need another BB!! “I made an appointment after seeing them on groupon. Upon calling, they informed me that they didn't have it up on groupon anymore (which they did) but they could give it to me at a discounted price. I'm glad I didn't buy it, as it came out to be about the same price. I didn't have any trouble reaching them to make this appointment, and they called me to confirm beforehand as well. I was offered tea while filling out my paperwork, and it came in a french press with a dried date on the side. The whole process was a lot more relaxing than I had anticipated. I've gotten microneedling before, at both dermatology offices as well as at medi spas. This is a regular spa but they were meticulous with sanitation--I could hear her opening new items and changing her gloves every time she had to touch something, like when answering the phone. She started by cleaning my face, and then applying a mild chemical peel and extracted a bunch of stuff from my pores with a scraping tool. I had never had this done before a microneedling--it was like a mini facial. I even got a neck massage while the chemical peel was setting in. After this she applied a numbing cream in order to prep my face for the microneedling. This was the only issue I had, which was kind of a big one. She didn't leave it on for very long, not even ten minutes from what I could estimate. Maybe the cream wasn't very strong. But because of that, this was the most uncomfortable microneedling I've ever had. So I would suggest in the future to either leave the cream on longer, or use something a bit stronger. After the process was done, a gel mask was applied, which calmed the redness temporarily. I was given instructions for care at home as well as an ampoule and a thicker gel to aid in the healing process. The experience was much more than I had expected, and I definitely think it was worth the money.“
