They are friendly and gentle with him . Dr John Shokff has great bedside manner to explain everything. I wish Human Doctor's offices were all this way. “I took my good boy for some of his shots yesterday and everybody there was SO very helpful and great!! Dr. Rivero really listens and offers very helpful advice. You can tell that everyone that works there is very compassionate and loves animals. They all truly go above and beyond and are so nice. When I scheduled the appointment I didn’t request his nails to be trimmed but when I got there I asked if it could be done and they said yes and were very accommodating.
