Overall, Retro Fitness is a fantastic place to work out, with everything needed to get into shape, making it a preferred choice for many.
Really enjoyed this gym. 1000% better than than the retro I normally go to. What I liked most was the spacing & different equipment. Also, shout out to Sunny D for the amazing hospitality, she made me & my friend feel extremely welcomed. I wish I lived closer I would come here every day!!
The morning gym staff is phenomenal, especially the military gentleman who opens at 5am. He always has a welcoming smile and always patient with my questions or concerns. Retro did great hiring the 5am opening team member.
Several months ago, I decided to get back to the gym and take my health and fitness seriously again so I joined Retro Fitness of Middletown. From the start, the front desk staff was so helpful. Lynn is so welcoming, and she makes a great smoothie! I have been training with Lucky and saw results right away, feeling stronger every day. I wanted to work with someone who understood how to build strength at my age (late 50s). Luci is incredibly knowledgeable and patient.
