Newer treadmills which have touchscreen displays with social media apps, pre-recorded workouts.New floor in reception area. New lockers installed this year. Facility is maintained nicely and updated.

Had an issue with my account where I was unaware I still had an active membership , called and spoke to Tommy and he took care of my issue with no problem at all, which is not typical for the corporate gym. Appreciate your help Tommy !

Best gym for the best price! Staff always incredibly friendly and willing to help! They always check equipment and improve things when need be! The smoothies are so good and pre workout is perfect before a nice workout! 10/10 recommend this gym to everyone!!
