Melissa not only did her job but went out of her way to re assure us that it was going to be a one day job with no issues and boy was she right! The day of went flawless. The owner John came as well which I wasnt expecting (as he is very busy) and made sure to explain everything to my Dad and I and even told me I could probably get homeowners insurance lowered in which I called and sure enough I did! I wouldn't have know to do that. They really are an EXPECTIONAL company. Trustworthy, reliable, informative and exceptional work all the way around.
