“I’m honestly shocked that I was charged $70 to have TWO dogs’ nails trimmed — $35 per dog.
My dogs are regular clients, and I routinely spend close to or over $400 including tip when they’re groomed. My vet couldn’t get us in for a nail trim, so naturally I reached out to the groomer we already use. I even asked if I could bring the dogs to them, but they don’t have a physical location, so mobile service was my only option.
I also live TWO MILES from their home base.
I completely understand paying a premium for mobile grooming, but $70 for two basic nail trims when I’m two miles away feels absurd. Had I known the price beforehand, I absolutely would have gone elsewhere.
There’s paying extra for convenience, and then there’s feeling taken advantage of. As a loyal client who regularly spends $400+ with them, this was incredibly disappointing and honestly feels like highway robbery.”
