“I’ve been struggling to find a good groomer for my dog chase. The places I’ve been have either held him for hours and hours or just didn’t cut him like I asked. Right away, Wally made me and Chase feel so comfortable. He told me what to expect with pricing and time over the phone. He was also able to squeeze Chase in today right before the new year. I’ve never been so happy with a groomer until now. He was super nice and personable and made sure he understood exactly what I wanted for chase’s cut. What I love most is that he doesn’t have cages for the dogs, it’s by appointment only and chase was only there for an hour and a half. He texted me when chase was 15 minutes from being done so I could get ready to pick him up. With the dog illness going around this was absolutely the best choice I could have went with. I will never use any other groomer ever again. His cut is absolutely everything I asked for. I highly highly recommend Wally! And he sent me these before and after photos that I’m obsessed with.“
