This is absolutely the best place for my Ragdoll cat. They are so gentle and do a great job with her. She’s a scaredy cat but she does well here. They gave her a beautiful cut and she smelled so nice.I burst out laughing at the person who said he had a 9:00 appointment and they didn’t show up until 9:01. Are you kidding me? Don’t pay attention to his one star. Obviously, nothing would please this person.They do a fantastic job and this place is worth 10 stars.

I am so happy to have found a more local grooming salon than where I was going for the past two years. (Also, just realized I was the first to review this place 10 years ago when I lived in Medford and I think this place was at a different location!) I started this review thinking this was a "new place" I found...LOL. Glad to be back!!!The staff is super friendly and did such a beautiful job with my Shih Tzu. He's a senior now (15 years old) and can be grumpy with his feet being touched. He was so happy not only when I picked him up but when we first walked in. Maybe he knew he had been with the same nice people before! Highly recommend!
