“Mark 1 rebuilt our home after a house fire and they did a great job. The quality of the work is outstanding, especially the finish work like the tile work, wood flooring, painting, cabinet installation, etc. We've now been through a renovation with our vacation home in another state, which was a nightmare, so now we realize how lucky we were to have Mark 1. The only negative is that it took twice as long to move back in as originally estimated, but I'd been warned by others that contractors always underestimate the time it will take for the work so we were prepared for that. “Repsher Restoration came highly recommended from a family friend. I am based out of De and new it would be a struggle for them to drive every day. They came in on a house smoke damage job from 2/2/22, when my original contactor fell through on 4/1/22. Repsher did my house from top to bottom, painting, flooring, new kitchen, new roof and more. They fought for what was needed with my insurance company and made sure the job was complete. He staff was on top of the job every step of the way.
