But what really stood out was her kindness and care. My best friend’s newborn had a little diaper emergency during our appointment, and Nicole didn’t even hesitate… she had extra diapers and wipes on hand (who does that?!). She set up a private area in the back for mom and baby, making sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of.

It wasn’t just a makeup session, it was an experience filled with laughter, good vibes, and genuine care. My hair is already so thin I was afraid that fixing it would make it worse. Somehow she transformed me into the after picture posted below.
