Mastery of Meditation and Yoga
“The Exceptional Wellness Counseling is an excellent resource for empathic and warm counseling services for adults and families in Manalapan and Red Bank. They are a leader in treatment for a wide range of challenges for adults, teens and children. Look to them for help with parenting, academic challenges, anxiety and depression. It can be so hard to find someone you can trust, to talk about those things that are so private to you. I've known the owner Lisa for years, and consider her a trusted colleague. And, I know she has built an all-star team to help you reach your goals. A great place to seek safe and confidential help, and an outstanding place to work! I would definitely refer my close friends and beloved family to Exceptional Wellness Counseling.”
