“My dog had an episode one night where he was dizzy and staring at walls. We took him to the Tribecca emergency room. They charged us over $3K and t9ld us he may have 4 hours left to live because he may be septic. We then went to EVG and they said he may have rectal cancer, the bill was $9700. We then waited 2 days and went to Battey Park Vet, they looked over the results and told us he just had Ecoli. That bill was $120. Had I gone here first I would have saved almost $14K. Dr. Berger and Dr. Lopresti are favorites. Kobe loves them. This vet is like having competent family members.“

I have never met such a compassionate team. Dr.Fracapane is so understanding and thorough, always explaining everything so I don’t get confused. Wendy is extremely patient and kind, listening to me complain and the nonstop questions. They both speak to you as a friend, not just a customer with sweet soft voices(you come to appreciate this when your dog is going through a rough patch). “I brought my beloved dog Vanna to be put to sleep on June 7th to Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital . Vanna was 17 years old and was completely blind. Her blindness didn't stop her from being physically active and she was always on the move. Unfortunately there were other issues which made it impossible for Vanna to continue being active. Vanna was seen by Dr Meza. She was so patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to hold Vanna and cry and just say goodbye to my little beautiful baby. I didn't feel pressured at all. Dr Meza explained the entire procedure to me and told me when I was ready to let Vanna go to let her know. I was holding Vanna when she passed. I wept so much but I truly felt it was the best thing I could do for my sweet girl. I would definitely recommend Dr Meza or Dr Marteney. The medical staff who assist the vets and the front desk Sasha Maria Selena are all great. Thank you Dr Meza for your compassion and patience I truly appreciat“

My partner brought him in, and he was seen by Dr. Canales. I was on speakerphone as she discussed options, pricing, and follow up. Before coming into Pure Paws last week, I was going to Ivy Pets in Tribecca where I had some bad experiences. Previously, I paid over $1000 to take an unnecessary X-ray where I had to wait over 24 hours for results. At Pure Paws, they saw my dog Jack immediately and I received results / analysis for his X-ray in minutes.

Additionally, for his visit, X-ray, and medication I paid just over $600, far less for way better service. Also, everyone was extremely nice and helpful and Curly at the front desk even left me with some nice gifts for Jack at the end of my visit. Will definitely be making this my new clinic for Jack.“
